- reimagined, refreshed, and ready to set sail into a brand-new chapter. We’re on the lookout for energetic, reliable hospitality pros who know how to bring great vibes, keep the pace, and deliver service that makes guests feel right at home.

As part of the **Alt. Hospitality Group**, you’ll be joining a growing team that thrives on energy, teamwork, and putting the customer experience first.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Behind the Bar**
- Pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and keeping drinks flowing
- Keeping bar areas stocked, clean, and welcoming
- Promoting responsible service (RSA always at the core)

**On the Floor**
- Greeting guests, taking orders, and running meals with a smile
- Delivering fast, friendly, and attentive service
- Making sure tables and service stations are guest-ready

**Across the Team**
- Using POS for orders and payments with accuracy
- Helping with setup, pack down, and restocking
- Jumping in wherever needed to support your crew

**What We’re Looking For**
- Current RSA & RCG
- At least 1 year bar, floor, or hospitality experience
- Robust communicator with a team-first mindset
- Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and service-driven
- Flexible availability (nights + weekends are our peak)
- A positive attitude and genuine love for hospitality
