Reception (New Improve Physiotherapy Clinic) Job description (13.5 to 24 hours a week) Improve Physiotherapy is a very fast growing Physiotherapy Clinic within the northern suburbs of Perth (Duncraig and Padbury). The clinics are located within a medical centre. At present you will be located in Duncraig with one Physiotherapist working at any given time. Our purpose at Improve Physiotherapy is easy! To be successful you will need to have the following: Must have
- Able to use a Mac Laptop
- The below availability
- 1-2 years of phone sales experience.
- Personality traits
- Outstanding communications skills to all age groups, genuine, bubbly and upbeat personality, a go getter, a people person.
- Show initiative in providing value to the workplace and being proactive as you will need to work independently.
- Phone Calls
- Speaks clearly, confidently and is very comfortable on the phone.
- Australian Citizenship and Australian drivers license.

- Follow up, rebooking and new patient calls.
- Tracking patient retention on Excel spreadsheet.
- Booking via Cliniko software.
- Taking payments with private health cards on a hicaps machine, billing electronically and cash payments when necessary.
