Marketing Coordinator (Scarborough)

**Role Purpose**
- As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen engagement with both local and international audiences.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan and maintain the marketing content calendar across digital and print channels.
- Write, design, and publish blogs, newsletters, and social media content.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Coordinate and design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and presentations.
- Build and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
- Maintain and update website content (SEO, landing pages, and visuals).
- Analyse and report on campaign performance using Zoho Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Conduct competitor and market research to guide strategy and creative direction.
- Support brand partnerships, online events, and promotional campaigns.**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:

- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, or LinkedIn Ads).
- Knowledge of CRM and automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Creative flair with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for measuring results and improving performance.
