**A little about the role**: You’ll partner with the Store Manager to lead the team, while taking full ownership of back-of-house operations, stock movement, and daily replenishment—creating a boutique environment that is always ready to impress.

This role is Part Time 15 hours | Fixed term ASAP

**Key responsibilities**:

- Process high volume of stock and replenishment daily
- Strong organizational skills
- Backroom & stock management
- Communicate effectively at all times
- Support the team in customer interactions and styling moments
- Have a willingness to grow and develop your skillset
- Able to work in a repetitive & fast-paced role, with urgency.

**A little about you**:

- Previous stock management/processing experience in high volume/rapid fashion retail is ideal
- Previous experience meeting store sales targets + KPI's
- Self-motivated, positive and looking to achieve excellence always
