Hotel Guest Service Agent (Scarborough)

Ramada Vetroblu Scarborough Beach is seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Guest Service Agent to be part of our front of house team. If you are passionate about guest experience, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoy being the welcoming face of the hotel, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests — delivering warm, professional service from check‑in to check‑out. You will handle enquiries, support daily hotel operations, and ensure every guest feels valued throughout their stay.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Experience using RMS Cloud (or similar property management system) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role is desired
- Must be available for rotating shifts within the hours of 07:00AM and 09:00PM including weekends and public holidays.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service.
- Confidence & ability to work autonomously and at times unsupervised.
- The ability to work within a diverse and fast paced role often managing multiple tasks.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalised check‑in and check‑out experiences.
- Assist with reservations, room allocations, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate guest records and uphold privacy/confidentiality standards.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
