Bakers (Karrinyup)

Bakers Delight Karrinyup seeks experienced Bakers.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of bread production.
- Maintain knowledge of recent products, equipment and baking procedures.
- Follow the production sheet as set by the Production Manager.
- Complete stock orders.
- Monitor stock expirations.
- Follow OH&S; standards.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Follow the Food Safety Program (FSP) and cleaning schedule.

Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience
- All relevant experience will be considered and for applicants with a relevant Australian trade certificate or qualification / training, less experience will be considered
- A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude and ability to work well in a team
- The ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume environment with excellent problem-solving skills
- Well-developed communication and team skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on consistency

Salary

The Annual Salary is $70,000
- $80,000 commensurate to qualifications, skills, & experience.
