At Trigg Hair Studio, you’ll have a explicit career pathway designed to help you grow your income, increase your flexibility, and continue progressing in your career long-term Our team members have the opportunity to increase their base pay every 12 weeks through consistent performance, with the ability to progress through salon tiers approximately every 12-18 months
- allowing you to charge more, earn more, and create more freedom in your schedule as you grow You’ll also have the option of: ✨ Every 2nd Saturday off OR ✨ Working Saturdays and finishing earlier during the week Because building a successful career shouldn’t mean sacrificing your whole life for it.
