Harvest Boulangerie Patisserie is an authentic Artisan French Bakery & Patisserie located in Scarborough WA.

Our commitment is to deliver an exquisite range of artisanal delights, prepared and baked fresh daily on our premises.

We are currently looking for an experienced pastrycook to join the team on a full-time position as soon as possible!

Your responsibilities:

Preparing and baking a wide variety of goods

Creating recent desserts to renew the menu and engage the interest of customers

Weigh ingredients & ensure that products are prepared on time

Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure all products meet our high-quality standards

Maintain highest occupational health and safety standards

You will be required to:

At least 5 of skilled experience as a Pastrycook

Creativity and attention to detail in decoration and presentation

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Night shift from 8.00PM to 04.00AM

Annual remuneration of $68,000 to $75,000 + superannuation.
