The opportunity We are seeking a friendly and professional permanent part-time receptionist to join the team at Karrinyup Waters Resort. The advertised roles are for Role 1) Sunday (8am till 6pm), Monday (12 to 6pm) and Tuesday (12pm to 6pm). Approximately 22 hours. Role 2) Thursday (12pm till 6pm/), Friday (8am to 6pm) and Saturday (8am to 6pm). Approximately 26 hours. As a part time receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of our front-of-house operations. Key responsibilities 1. Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner 2. Handling inquiries and booking requests, either in person, over the phone, or via email 3. Checking guests in and out, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed 4. Providing information about the resort's facilities and local attractions 5. Assisting with the management of the resort's inventory and supplies 6. Performing other administrative tasks as required What we're looking for 1. Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role, preferably in the hospitality industry 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service 3. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure 4. Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office 5. A positive, friendly, and professional attitude 6.
