Located in Western Sydney, driving is required, not public transport friendly.
Position Lead the full finance function across three entities within a growing FMCG retail business Hands-on Financial Controller role with exposure across reporting, cash flow, budgeting, payroll, and compliance Key involvement in ERP system implementation across finance, HR, warehousing, and sales Drive process improvement initiatives across purchasing, pricing, invoicing, and stock management Partner closely with leadership to support operational performance and business growth Suited to a commercially minded and detail-oriented finance leader who enjoys both strategic and transactional responsibilities Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with robust visibility across the business
Profile CA/CPA qualified Financial Controller with prior experience in FMCG, retail, wholesale, or inventory-driven environments Strong hands-on capability across financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, payroll, and compliance Proven experience leading or supporting system implementations and process improvement initiatives Commercially astute and operationally focused, with the ability to work across both strategic and transactional finance Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
