Medical Receptionist (Quakers Hill)

We are looking for a receptionist for a busy doctor owned family medical centre in

Quakers Hill/ Schofields. Previous experience is desirable.

The position is paid on a casual basis with regular hours every week

(Number of work hours depends on your availability and our schedule)

*Flexibility to work additional hours and help cover staff absences or holidays is highly

regarded.

*Ability to manage a waiting room with 1 to 2 doctors and allied health working at the

same time.
- Process payments through HICAPS and process direct billing claims.

Skills & experience
- Previous experience of medical software will be very desirable
- Valuable communication skills and ability to multitask
- your cover letter and resume
- availability to work, along with any other work or study commitments

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00
- $30.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
