Our high growth, listed construction client is on the lookout for a Group Financial Controller to join the business. This is a newly created role due to a positive restructure adding headcount. Our client have managed to maintain double digit growth over the last few years which is a outstanding result in this current market.

Western Sydney location with WFH. Parking provided. Excellent organisational culture and collaborative working environment.

They are now seeking a Financial Controller to manage their financial control framework, audit delivery, compliance, treasury, as well as M&A; support.

You will manage a small but high performing team and oversee all financial reporting and compliance requirements with a strategic view, shared services and GL accounting
- with a team beneath you running the day to day processes.

Additionally you'll play a pivotal role in a number of projects, with a particular focus around system implementations, and process improvement as part of finance transformation.

About you

Circa 3+ years experience across senior leadership positions
- either as a Financial Controller or GM Finance (or equivalent) from a business at least $300mill revenue with multiple entities

Chartered training desired
- audit or business advisory

Experience in a business with stock/inventory (desired by non essential)

A natural communicator, someone who can influence and create change in the workplace

Deep understanding of Australian accounting standards along with solid financial management expertise
