Medical Receptionist Position - Casual Basis (Blacktown)

**Myhealth Blacktown** is seeking a personable, highly organized, and professional individual to join our close-knit team as a casual receptionist.

**About the Role**:

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday (until 8:30 PM) and Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (8-hour shifts, no split shifts)
- Weekends from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- On-call during the week as needed

This role is ideal for recent high school graduates, university students, or anyone interested in an office role while being mentored by an experienced team in a well-respected industry.

**Requirements**:

- Rights to work in Australia
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service
- Previous experience in administration or customer care
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure with attention to detail

**Preferred but Not Essential**:

- Experience with Best Practice software
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or similar role
- Ability to communicate in other languages
- Previous team lead experience for more senior positions

**Availability**: The successful applicant must be available on Monday to Sundays on an alternating rotation and able to provide additional leave coverage as needed to cover sick or annual leave.

Pay: $22.78
- $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4
- 38 per week
