- Employee Enterprise Agreement About the Role As our Courtesy Vehicle Driver, you will provide a prompt and friendly service throughout our local community. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our club patrons;
- Drive our Club patrons safely to their home via our courtesy bus service.
- Drive our members and guests to attend events
- Always be familiar with the Club's products, offers, procedures and policies; ensuring compliance with the Clubs policies and any incidents reported accordingly;
- Operate the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff
- Sign in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessments
- Be flexible and available to work evenings & weekends inline with the hospitality needs of our members and guests.
- Ability to travel and work from each of the 3 Workers Club Venues. Requirements
- Drive courtesy vehicle experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
- Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints
- Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook
- Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card
- Full Driver's license with clean driving record
- Current First Aid certification, or willing to obtain; and
