Part-Time Accounts Payable Officer | 3 days per week | Monday – Wednesday | SAP HANA | 3 Month Temp | Eastern Creek Area

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable qualified looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity to see you through the next few months? We are currently partnering with a well-established and fast-paced organisation near Eastern Creek who require additional support in their finance team during a busy period.

The Role

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and timely processing.

Processing high-volume invoices in SAP HANA Matching, batching and coding invoices Supplier reconciliations and statement reviews Responding to internal and external supplier queries Assisting with payment runs Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider finance team as needed

The Candidate Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role Strong working knowledge of SAP HANA ideal High attention to detail and excellent time management Confident communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team Able to commit to a 3-month assignment, 3 days per week (Mon/Tues/Wed)
