**We are looking for a night owl customer service superstar who is able to work between the hours of 6:00pm and 6:00am.**

**About the Role....**

In this All-Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
- Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
- Working in both our Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno
- Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently; and
- Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas.

**Requirements**:

- Must be willing to work overnight between 6:00pm and 6:00am
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential
- Bar and gaming service experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
