**The Role**

Are you an adaptable and skilled individual with experience in high reach operations and food manufacturing? Look no further! We are currently seeking a versatile team player to join our esteemed client renowned for its excellence in the food manufacturing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate high reach equipment proficiently and safely in a warehouse setting
- Use your knowledge of food manufacturing to mix compound ingredients accurately
- Perform tasks in the powder room, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- Flexibility to work shifts from 8am-4pm and 7am-3pm, with adaptability for changing schedules
- Physically fit for manual handling and labour tasks, supporting production staff as required
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail, particularly in understanding ingredient labels

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in high reach operations and food manufacturing is essential
- Demonstrated capability in compound ingredient mixing within a food manufacturing setting
- Ability to adapt to varied shifts and physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and literacy skills for accurate label comprehension
- Team player mindset with the willingness to support production staff as needed
