- Monday 1st June -$53 per hour Super -Western Sydney Location | Hybrid Flexibility -1-Month Contract with Solid Temp-to-Perm Potential We are currently partnering with a highly regarded and purpose-driven organisation seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and partnering closely with operational stakeholders to drive reporting, analysis, budgeting, and financial performance. This role is ideal for someone who is immediately available and looking for a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity within a collaborative and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management reports and variance analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting
- Month-end close activities including journals, accruals, and reconciliations
- Financial analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making
- Stakeholder engagement across finance and operational teams
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance reporting
- Process improvement and reporting enhancement initiatives About You
- Previous experience in a Management Accountant or Senior Financial Accountant role
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and solid ERP systems exposure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- CPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification preferred
