Warehouse Team Leader Eastern Creek (Blacktown)

DC TEAM LEADER Join our team as a Warehouse Team Leader PM in our recent state of the art automated facility. WORKING HOURS The position is for a Full time role, PM SHIFT 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and detail orientated individual with a can‑do attitude to lead our dedicated outbound team by maintaining a safe, productive and organised work setting. You will effectively manage all dispatch activities from pick packing to the point goods are handed over to our transport carriers. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Manage the outbound process, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, consolidated and dispatched.
- Coordinate and allocate tasks to team members to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity is achieved.
- Collaborate with warehousing teams to ensure smooth operations throughout the automated facility.
- Track and report on KPIs related to goods‑in activities.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the goods‑in area.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
- Engage the team with regular toolboxes and updates. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record in managing a team.
- Strong leadership skills – ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
