We are currently partnering with a highly regarded and purpose-driven organisation seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance skilled who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and partnering closely with operational stakeholders to drive reporting, analysis, budgeting, and financial performance.

This role is ideal for someone who is immediately available and looking for a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management reports and variance analysis Budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting Month-end close activities including journals, accruals, and reconciliations Financial analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making Stakeholder engagement across finance and operational teams Assist with audit preparation and compliance reporting Process improvement and reporting enhancement initiatives

About You Previous experience in a Management Accountant or Senior Financial Accountant role Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting Advanced Excel skills and solid ERP systems exposure Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work autonomously in a quick-moving environment CPA/CA qualified or working towards qualification preferred Immediate availability is essential
