About the Role

In this role, your main focus will be to provide excellent customer service to our Members and Guests in a rapid and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds

Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests

Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno

Delivery of outstanding customer service experiences accurately and efficiently

Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas

Requirements

Must be willing to work in smoking areas

Previous customer service experience is essential

Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential

Bar and gaming service experience is preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts

Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time

Excellent interpersonal skills
