**We’re looking for energetic and experienced Customer Service Attendant to join our friendly and talented team on a Permanent Part-Time basis.**

**About the Role..**

In this role, your main focus will be to provide excellent customer service to our Members and Guests in a fast and efficient manner.

In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
- Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
- Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno
- Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently; and
- Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas. **- Requirements..**
- Must be willing to work in smoking areas
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential
- Bar and gaming service experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and
