About the Role As our Courtesy Vehicle Driver, you will provide a prompt and friendly service throughout our local community. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to club patrons.
- Drive club patrons safely to their homes via the courtesy bus service.
- Transport members and guests to events.
- Maintain familiarity with club products, offers, procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and reporting incidents.
- Operate the public‑address system to make announcements.
- Sign in members and visitors, conduct ID checks and RSA assessments.
- Be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends to meet hospitality needs.
- Travel and work from each of the three Workers Club venues. Requirements
- Preference for experience driving a courtesy vehicle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation.
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, time management, ability to handle difficult conversations and complaints.
- Basic computer skills, including Outlook.
- Current NSW RSA/RCG competency card.
- Full driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Current first aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Willingness to work a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts. Benefits
