About the Role

As our Courtesy Vehicle Driver, you will provide a prompt and friendly service throughout our local community.

Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to club patrons. Drive club patrons safely to their homes via the courtesy bus service. Transport members and guests to events. Maintain familiarity with club products, offers, procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and reporting incidents. Operate the public‑address system to make announcements. Sign in members and visitors, conduct ID checks and RSA assessments. Be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends to meet hospitality needs. Travel and work from each of the three Workers Club venues.

Requirements Preference for experience driving a courtesy vehicle. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation. Solid customer service skills, attention to detail, time management, ability to handle difficult conversations and complaints. Basic computer skills, including Outlook. Current NSW RSA/RCG competency card. Full driver’s licence with a clean driving record. Current first aid certification, or willingness to obtain. Willingness to work a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts.
