- Excellent Career Opportunity Our client is a long established dealership group. They are seeking to appoint an Assistant Sales Manager for one of their iconic brands. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Sales Consultant looking to step up.. The dealership offers comfortable facilities, a friendly, happy working atmosphere and the opportunity to earn an excellent income.

Applicants for this position must be or have previous dealership experience as a Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Consultant ready for their next career step. You will have strong management, financial, organisational and motivational skills and be seeking a long term role. You will also have solid selling, closing and people handling skills, and be able to motivate your team to achieve their highest potential whilst maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.

Salary will consist of a retainer around $65k
- $70k, super, commission structure and car or car allowance, OTE $130k
- $140k. This role is based on a rotating 10 day fortnight, the dealership is closed on Sundays.
