Vice President – Visy Logistics (City of Blacktown)

Lead Visy Logistics’ largest and most complex portfolio with full P&L; ownership and national leadership impact. Own strategy, growth & commercial performance across Packaging & Consumer Goods. About The Role Reporting to the President – Visy Logistics Australia, this critical executive leadership role carries full accountability for the performance of a large national and multi‑site warehouse and transport operation in the Packaging and Consumer Goods sectors. With full P&L; ownership, you will shape and execute the division’s strategic direction, balancing revenue growth, cost‑to‑serve, risk and service delivery in a highly complex environment. As Vice President, you will lead, support, and guide a team of State Managers nationally, shaping and evolving our metropolitan & intrastate operations into a cohesive, high‑service and growth‑minded division. You will be skilled in leading large workforces to deliver safety, compliance, customer service, revenue growth and overall divisional profitability. Key Accountabilities
- Safety & Compliance: Champion a safety‑first culture and ensure robust Chain of Responsibility (CoR) governance.
- Strategic & Commercial Leadership: Own EBITDA and EBIT performance, drive revenue growth, and deliver sustainable financial outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Lead large‑scale, multi‑site transport and warehousing operations through senior leaders, optimising productivity, fleet utilisation and service delivery.
- Customer & Stakeholder Leadership: Build and maintain senior relationships with key customers, partners and internal stakeholders, acting as the escalation point for complex issues.
- People & Culture: Develop high‑performing leadership teams, build capability and foster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement. What You Will Bring
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience with full P&L; accountability.
- Extensive supply chain, logistics or warehousing knowledge.
- Proven success managing large, complex, multi‑site operations.
- Strong commercial and strategic capability with a growth mindset.
- Deep understanding of safety, regulatory requirements and CoR obligations.
- Demonstrated experience driving transformation and operational improvement.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level. What You Will Love
