Distribution Centre Team Leader (Inbound) (City of Blacktown)

Opportunity As Distribution Centre Team Leader you will be responsible for managing workflow and supervising work output in our inbound department. The distribution centre supports the organisation through the receipt, storage, and controlled movement of goods, with this Team Leader position having primary focus on inbound warehousing activities. Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate inbound inventory processing to ensure timely intake, accurate processing, and cost‑effective management of incoming goods.
- Supervise and develop the inbound warehouse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and respect.
- Monitor and improve compliance with safety and quality standards in the inbound process.
- Collaborate with the WMS system and other warehouse technology to maintain data accuracy.
- Identify and implement process efficiencies to support high‑volume operations. Qualifications
- Team leadership experience in a warehouse environment with a history of staff development.
- Previous experience in inventory control and process management using WMS software and RF scanning.
- Experience working in inbound departments and high‑volume environments under stringent compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet all procedural deadlines accurately and on time.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) and Outlook email software.
- Certificate III in Warehousing (preferred). Benefits
