The Opportunity As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the visual identity across West HQ’s portfolio. Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager and a talented marketing team, you will lead the creation of impactful, forward-thinking creative across digital and print platforms. What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to creative briefs with strategic, audience-focused design solutions
- Lead the end-to-end creative process, including research, concept development, and execution
- Produce high-quality, visually compelling designs across digital, print, and interactive platforms
- Translate concepts into engaging customer experiences across multiple touchpoints
- Present and articulate creative ideas to stakeholders and senior leaders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
- Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to deliver cohesive brand outcomes What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications preferred
- Demonstrated experience in a senior graphic design role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking across multiple platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into the design process
- Ability to conceptualise and execute both static and digital/interactive design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
