Export Officer (Scoresby)

Our export division now has an exciting prospect for an experienced person to join our International team in the role of Export Officer. Based in Scoresby and reporting to the Export Team Leader, you will become a critical member of the team by providing excellent levels of customer service to ensure our sales effort is maximised. To perform your key responsibility of processing export orders and documentation, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external production and logistics stakeholders, as well as customers from a wide range of countries and cultures. Ideally you would be degree qualified with 2-3 years’ experience in international import/export requirements for dairy products or FMCG and export documentation programs such as BSM, OZDOCS & EXDOCS. In addition to this we are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate the following competencies:
- Efficient time management skills / ability to work effectively under tight time constraints
- Discipline to follow company and regulatory guidelines
- Superior organisational skills, a structured approach to completing tasks and attention to detail
- High level of customer service
- Teamwork – synergising cross-functionally and within the Export unit
