**What you’ll do**
- **Picking & packing**: Accurately pick items and pack orders to company standards so they arrive secure and presentable.
- **Inventory**: Help with cycle counts, keep shelves organised, and put stock in the right spots.
- **Safety & housekeeping**: Follow WHS guidelines, keep the workspace tidy, and report hazards or maintenance issues early.
- **Teamwork**: Work closely with the warehouse crew to ensure on-time dispatch and clean receiving.

**Optional: Fulfilment Customer Support**
- Answer order-related enquiries (status, changes, tracking).
- Book/track shipments and liaise with couriers.
- Process returns/exchanges and update order notes.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to resolve fulfilment issues quickly.

**What you’ll bring**
- Physically fit; able to lift up to 10 kg.
- Warehouse experience is a plus, not a must.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
- Clear communicator and solid team player.
