Telemarketer - 4 Week Contract - Follow Up Leads (Scoresby)

Endeavour Tools is a leading wholesaler of automotive diagnostic / specialty tools. We are a family owned / long established company, supplying a range of leading automotive / industrial distributors in Australia / Recent Zealand.

We are headquartered in an industrial park in Scoresby and provide a friendly, positive working environment with plenty of on-road parking.

**Position Overview**

We are looking for a highly experienced telemarketer for a 4
- 6-week period to assist in following up existing leads via outbound phone calls.

The product is automotive and truck diagnostic related, so familiarity with automotive products, auto or truck mechanics, vehicle sales and service, or automotive manufacturing or engineering would also be highly beneficial.

We are offering compensation of $50/hour plus bonus for successful calls

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Objective is to further quality leads and understand what further information or support the potential customer needs, such as requiring to speak to technical engineer or requiring a product demonstration. The objective of the role is not to close sales (although not an undesired outcome), but rather to collate all the relevant information necessary for the technical sales team to move the prospect to the next stage.
- Utilize Trello to manage call lists, track progress, and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accurate recording of information gained from the calls is key to success.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in phone sales or telemarketing, preferably in the automotive or heavy-duty industry.
- Excellent English-language communication skills and ability to effectively convey product information.
- Experience with Trello or similar task management or CRM tools is a bonus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
