Video Editor - High-volume & Ai-assisted (Fb/ig/tk Content) …, Knoxfield

We’re looking for a **fast, creative, and system-driven Video Editor** to help us scale content for **Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok**. You’ll take our existing video assets and turn them into **multiple high-quality, short-form video variations** for ad testing and organic reach.

This is **not traditional long-form editing**
- we need someone who can **move fast**, **work in bulk**, and **leverage AI tools** to produce scroll-stopping content.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Repurposing raw product and lifestyle footage into **short-form videos (15-60 sec)** for **FB/IG/TK**:

- Creating **10+ variations per asset** for A/B testing in paid ads
- Using **AI-powered tools** (e.g. CapCut AI, Runway, Pika, Descript, etc.) to speed up production
- Working from briefs and proven formats, but with space to inject creativity
- Delivering content in batches to support a **test, learn, and scale** strategy
- Managing and organising media libraries for efficient reuse

**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:

- Has experience editing **high volumes of short-form content for FB/IG/TK**:

- Understands how to craft strong **hooks**, fast-paced edits, and platform-specific content
- Is familiar with or learning to use **AI video editing tools**:

- Can work independently and stick to fast-moving timelines
- Enjoys testing creative variations and improving based on performance

**Bonus if You**:

- Have worked on **UGC-style ads or DTC brand content**:

- Understand performance creatives and how to edit for conversion
- Are based in Australia (not required, but preferred)
