**DESCRIPTION**

**You will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Conduct credit worthiness reviews via credit reporting provider/financial statements/payment history.
- Set up recent customer accounts or makes amendments to existing customer accounts within the system.
- Ensure reconciliation of complex customer accounts. Prepares weekly/monthly reports as required.
- Work cross functionally with Cummins Business Services, Sales and Business to identify potential issues and look for solutions.
- Ensure escalation of high risk customers to Credit Manager/Sales team.
- Monitor accounts receivable balance against credit limit to help with forecasting. Monitors and reports on balances owed on cash sale accounts.
- Review blocked orders and releases where appropriate.
- Ensure local entity credit activities are in line with Corporate Credit Policies.

**These responsibilities include**:

- Creating, updating and maintaining Master data
- Payment allocations, EFT and Credit cards
- Investigate, process and approve Customer refunds
- Credit worthiness assessment of new and existing customers with DOA of $25k
- Customer creation and maintenance in Movex/SAP
- Maintain Discount code requests received from business
- Regularly assist in internal and external audit functions
- Admin team reporting
- Quarterly non trade closures
- Run monthly customer statements for SthPac Region
- High Radius Maintenance
- Cybersource Admin Maintenance
- Branch support and training

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

**Experience**:

- Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint with exposure to and experience with SharePoint.
- Experience in working in a credit team environment /function is advantageous
- Strong business partnering and communication skills essential
