Architectural Graduate (Scoresby)

We are looking for a passionate Architectural Graduate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growing portfolio of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans for high-end residential projects.
- Work collaboratively with the design team to create innovative and functional residential spaces.
- Produce detailed drawings and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Deal with external consultants to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to support project development.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalence.
- 3-4 years of experience in modern architecture, particularly in residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of BIM software such as Revit is a bonus.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for commuting to work.
