Duties and responsibilities

Attend breakdowns and fault find electrical and mechanical issues on customer equipment

Install, commission and test machinery and associated equipment

Deliver operator training and customer support following installations

Conduct preventative maintenance and downtime studies

Prepare service reports and maintain accurate job documentation

Build strong relationships with customers and identify improvement opportunities

We are looking for someone with

Current VIC Electrical Licence

Experience working on packaging, inspection or production equipment

Strong fault-finding ability across electrical systems

Ability to travel across VIC and interstate when required

Solid communication and customer service skills

Ability to work autonomously and manage site-based workloads
