Operations Coordinator — Roofing & Cladding ???? Melbourne & Victoria | Full-time | TRC (Total Roofing & Cladding) We install roofing and cladding at a high level, and we treat people right. That's the whole company. TRC is a roofing and cladding business working across Melbourne and Victoria, running two divisions, a solid crew of tradies, and a growing pipeline. We're after an Operations Coordinator to be the engine room between our sales team and our crews on the tools. This isn't a sit-back-and-file role. You're the person who makes sure jobs are set up clean, materials hit site on time, and clients always know what's going on. When you do it well, sites run smooth and nobody's chasing their tail. When it slips, everyone feels it — so it matters. What you'll actually own
- Setting jobs up properly in our systems and getting the job pack out the door
- Ordering materials, locking in lead times, making sure gear lands on site when the crew needs it (not before, not after)
- Being the client's point of contact through delivery — transparent updates, no surprises, no ghosting
- Keeping PMs, crews and the office on the same page so nothing falls through the cracks You'll fit right in if you
- Turn up ready and bring valuable energy
- Communicate like an adult — confirm, follow up, keep people informed
- Finish things properly and don't leave loose ends for someone else
