- Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters the holistic development of each child, creating a foundation for a lifetime of learning.
- Lead by example, inspiring and guiding a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Cultivate strong relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and collaboration for the well-being and development of each child.
- Introduce recent and creative teaching methodologies, keeping the learning environment fresh, engaging, and in line with best practices.
- Be the voice for the children in our care, ensuring their needs and interests are at the forefront of every decision and activity.

**You**:

- Working towards or hold a minimum of a Diploma in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Experience with the under 2 age group is essential.
- Availability to work 5 days, rotating shifts between 7am
- 6pm.
- Valid WWCC
- Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain).
- Working knowledge of Child Safe Standards.
- Working knowledge of EYLF, and the NQF.
- Genuine motivation & passion for the Early Childhood Education sector.
