Sales Representative - Metal Fencing (Carrum Downs)

About us We are Melbourne's leading supplier of tubular steel fencing. Our team imports, warehouses and wholesales tubular steel fence panels, posts, components and raw steel. To be successful, you will need good organisational skills to handle the daily challenges of supervising a warehouse. Applicants must be self-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic, looking for a challenge and willing and wanting to become an integral part of our successful team with a long term view on employment. Previous experience in the steel manufacturing industry would be an advantage. Qualifications & experience
- Fencing or building materials industry experience highly regarded
- Current Driving Licence
- Organised and felxible with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Understand the commercial levers of business, you make informed decisions that are coming from a place of experience
- Are valuable at building effective and collaborative workplace relationships at various hierarchical levels Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop business by identifying opportunities with prospective and current customers
- Maintain established customer base, develop new opportunities and increase sales
- Build relationships, promote products and offer outstanding customer service
- Liase with customers and the warehouse for dispatch
- Resolve customer issues
- Paperwork as recquired
- Creating and sending quotes and invoices Benefits
