- Drive new business acquisition across the coffee packaging market, identifying and converting opportunities in line with growth targets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and industry engagement
- Develop long-term, trusted relationships with customers, understanding their operational and commercial needs
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and negotiate commercial agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales leadership and support teams, to execute growth strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions and customer sites (including interstate travel as required) The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in business development, sales or commercial roles within coffee, packaging, FMCG or adjacent industries
- Strong understanding of the coffee industry (roasting, brewing, supply chain or equipment)

- Demonstrated success in building new business pipelines and converting opportunities
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- A team-first, collaborative mindset
