Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: $26-$30 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are hiring for one full time Press Operator / Factory Hand to join our team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving repetitive tasks using a hydraulic press to manufacture custom steel components in varying combinations. The role also includes packing, loading trucks, and general factory work. This job would suit someone who is comfortable with heavy lifting, being on their feet all day, and working in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Duties

Operate a manual hydraulic press

Change press dies as required

Load and unload trucks using a forklift

Pack and prepare orders for dispatch

Assist with general cleaning and factory maintenance

Follow all OH&S; policies and procedures

Full-time availability and commitment to a long-term role

Valuable communication skills

Comfortable working independently after training

Physically fit (repetitive lifting, prolonged standing)

Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand/power tools

Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
