Description Baler Operator/Driver– Clothing Recycling | Carrum Downs Australian Clothing Recyclers is seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to operate a baling machine at our Carrum Downs facility along with other duties to help facilitate collections. This is a hands-on, physical role focused on processing, and preparing recycled clothing and textiles for export. The position involves working independently for much of the day, so the ability to problem-solve, use common sense, and manage daily tasks without constant supervision is essential. Key Requirements:
• Physically fit and dependable
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Strong problem-solving skills and valuable common sense in day-to-day tasks
• Strong focus on workplace safety
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
