As the Human Resources Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to the HR Services Team and managers across the business in the productive delivery operational HR support for the organisation. The HR Administrator works collaboratively with key stakeholders to support core employee lifecycle functions for the organisation and the People Services team. You’ll also make an impact by:
- Acting in a professional manner, promoting and providing high quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with managers and other stakeholders to enable successful outcomes.
- Providing assistance to the HR Services Team to support in the delivery of services to meet organisation and team goals.
- Supporting the coordination of various HR tasks by managing deadlines and following up with stakeholders for required outcomes Contributing to the development of consistent HR workflows and improvements to system processes.
What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Willingness to learn and develop HR knowledge
- Previous experience in an administrative role, with demonstrated skills in inbox management and data entry.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high degree of attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a pressured environment with competing demands.
- Advanced technological skills, in particular the use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information appropriately.
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Experience in the aged care industry.
