Luigi Seaton is a premium restaurant seeking an experienced and passionate **Cocktail Bartender / Mixologist** to elevate our premium dining and bar experience.

We are looking for a confident, creative professional with exceptional cocktail skills and a strong understanding of high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and execute high-quality cocktails suited to a premium dining environment
- Deliver refined, engaging, and personalised guest service
- Maintain exceptional standards of consistency, presentation, and quality
- Manage bar mise en place, cleanliness, and stock control
- Work seamlessly with the restaurant and front-of-house teams
- Uphold Luigi’s modern, high-end brand standards

About You
- Proven experience as a cocktail bartender/mixologist in a modern restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails
- Confident, polished, and guest-focused
- High attention to detail and presentation
- Positive attitude with a professional presence
- Available to work Tuesday to Sunday, from 5pm until close
