We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and detail‑oriented Administration and Finance Manager to join our Westfield West Lakes team on a 15‑month fixed term contract. This is a varied role with a strong focus on finance, while also offering exposure to all facets of centre management. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the development of annual asset budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with budget objectives.
- Ongoing analysis and management of centre profit and loss reports, including reviewing and processing monthly accruals and journals (such as prepayments).
- Delivering accurate and timely analysis of financial risks and opportunities, and presenting clear recommendations to the Asset Team.
- Supporting our Regional Customer Experience Manager by analysing state trends and national benchmark data.
- Conducting bi‑monthly budget forecasting.
- Managing daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and the general day‑to‑day operations of the office. This is a full‑time role, and as part of our operational team, you will also participate in duty management responsibilities from time to time. This includes occasional weekend shifts on a rostered basis, balanced with time off in lieu. What will set you apart?
