What you’ll do You’ll lead the resident experience across hospitality, café, lifestyle and customer service functions, ensuring every touchpoint reflects high‑quality, person‑centred care. You’ll champion continuous improvement, support staff, and create an environment where residents feel heard, valued and supported.
- Coordinating hospitality, café and lifestyle teams to deliver exceptional service
- Monitoring service delivery, food safety, dining experience and public spaces
- Leading resident feedback, surveys, complaints and improvement initiatives
- Supporting new starter induction, customer service training and team development
- Driving a culture of quality, safety, compliance and resident‑centred care What you’ll bring To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Experience in hospitality, customer service or lifestyle leadership
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to lead teams, manage service delivery and solve problemsCommitment to resident wellbeing, service excellence and continuous improvement We would also love you to have
- Experience in aged care or community services
- Qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business Management or similar
