We are a family-run Insurance Brokerage located in Findon, South Australia, seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our rapid growing team.
This full time role is ideal for school leavers or individuals who have recently completed school and are looking for an exciting prospect to start their career in the insurance industry.
For those who haven't completed year 12, this role can be set up as a school based traineeship as part of your SACE where you can work full time with us which will then count towards completing your SACE. Get paid while you learn!
About the Role
As a Trainee Administration Assistant, you will provide vital administrative support to our team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Working with other database software to ensure accurate record management.
Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
While the role is primarily focused on internal operations, a commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes is essential.
About You
Strong Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Touch typing skills are highly advantageous.
Numerical Aptitude: An interest in numbers and maths is a plus, as insurance involves calculations and percentages.
Team Player: A cooperative mindset and a positive attitude toward learning.

A 12-month Traineeship then an ongoing full time role on successful completion
Paid study to achieve a nationally recognised Clerical Officer (Office Administration)qualification

Remuneration
Pay: Up to $42,104.40 per year
