About the role Join the energetic team at Chevron Glass Pty Ltd as a Dispatch Coordinator. In this full‑time role based in Royal Park, SA, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient dispatch of goods from our warehouses to customers across the region. This is a vital role that contributes to the overall success of our glass manufacturing and distribution operations. What you’ll be doing
- Liaise with customers to receive and process orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Coordinate the packing, loading and dispatch of orders from our warehouses
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all dispatched goods
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to optimise workflows
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to queries
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our dispatch and logistics processes What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a dispatch, logistics or warehousing role, preferably in the glass industry
- Solid organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
- Proficiency in MS Office suite is essential
- A cooperative approach and the ability to work well within a team
- A keen eye for detail and a problem‑solving mindset
