Responsibilities Manage all finance, accounting & tax matters. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and other support documents. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in financial reporting. Assist with the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support the Financial Controller and the Accounting in managing all accounting, including mainly accounts payable and receivable. Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal financial policies. Assist in the preparation for audits and collaborate with auditors during the audit process. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity. Prepare cash flow forecasts to project future cash needs. Coordinate with other departments to optimise cash flow. Utilise financial software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Supervise and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and support. Assist in training and developing staff members.

Requirements / Qualifications Candidates with prior management experience are preferred. ACCA qualification is not mandatory; however, being fully ACCA qualified is a robust advantage. Experience in local accounting and tax is required, with primary responsibility for day-to-day accounting and tax-related matters.
