We are a growing company in the construction industry and are currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and results-driven Salesperson to join our warehouse team.

Our company specialises in B2B sales of construction accessories and supplies to trade professionals across the industry.

About the Role:

This position involves selling construction accessories and warehouse products, managing client relationships, and supporting daily sales operations. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, meeting sales targets, and building strong long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting trade customers and suppliers Selling construction accessories and related warehouse products Managing and promoting warehouse stock Providing product knowledge and recommendations Building and maintaining robust client relationships Meeting sales targets and maintaining KPIs Handling general warehouse sales duties and stock presentation Working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities

Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in construction-related products Robust communication and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting Experience in achieving sales targets and maintaining KPIs Self-motivated, proactive, and take-charge attitude Ability to operate independently and manage responsibilities efficiently Reliable, punctual, and professional
