Description
Key accountabilities:

Deliver high quality customer service and administration in a call centre setting

Assessing customer eligibility for government support

Working with external agencies to assist customers with seeking additional supports.

Respond to enquiries and proactively communicate with internal and external customers and stakeholders related to service delivery, invoices and reports to ensure the provision of high quality customer service.

Communicate with empathy whilst dealing with vulnerable and stressed customers

Selection criteria:

Quality customer service preferably in a high-volume, rapid-paced call center setting.

Effective and timely communication skills.

A proactive and can-do attitude

Communicate well and with empathy when interacting with vulnerable or stressed customers

Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service and meeting KPIs

Excellent attention to detail

Work with integrity

Able to work Monday
- Friday 9.00am
- 5.00pm

Pay: $37.00
- $42.00 per hour
